RH Double Spiral Bevel Mixer

Ⅰ. Working Theory
RH dissymmetrical double spiral mixer can push the material rise highly with self rotation and form the dissymmetrical material flow. And then the flow will turn into a spiral flow from bottom to top along with the wall. Part of the material will be upgraded with dislocation, and the other part will be out from the spiral post.Only in this way can the material in the location of the circle be refreshed and proliferated continuously. Then two flows being pushed to the top will converge again in the center of the concabe hole to form another flow downwards supplementing the cavity in bottom with convective cycle. The double spiral bevel mixer has been now substituted by a more excellent ribbon mixer which has the international certifiction.

Ⅱ. Structure features
This machine is composed of driving machine, spire, catridge body, catridge head, material valve exit and sprayer device.
1. Driving part: by Turbo and Worm machine, advanced bio—grade bio—axis cyloidal pin gear with the running of the self rotated electric machine and the revoluted electric machine, the gear will be tuned to a reasonable speed and transfer to spire and make the spire do self rotation and revolution.
2. Spiral Part: when the two dissymmetrical arranged spires make self rotation and revolution, the material will be stirred in a quite large extent and it will mixed equally and quickly.
3. Catridge Part: bevel structure
4. Catridge Head Part: it support the whole driving part fastened in the head by bolt.

Ⅲ. Application Area
This machine is used in the area of pesticides, chemical, medicine, dyestuff, petroleum, metallurgy, mineral, building, paint,food, light chemical, feed, feed additive, solid to solid mixture, solid to liquid mixture, liquid to liquid mixture. This machine is fit for sealing mixed materials.It will not bring overheating phenomenon to heat sensitive materials and will not crush and fray particle materials. Seperation phenomenon will not exist to mixture of the materials with high weight rate difference and granularity either. The mixture of flour, granule and super granule also can use this machine.
