0.015m3 to 0.08m3.

This machine adapts the bucket figure of letter ‘U’ which is geared
to international standards with up flat head structure. According
to the request of material entrance, we design the material gate
and flat structure with quick small gate watching window and
sprayer. It is the sealing equipment between lid and the bucket
figure. The electronic motor in the machine is ABB international
famous motor. The speed reducer is the national famous bevel gear
reducer of high preciseness. The filling box is of nitted teflon
sealer and labyrinthian sealer. And the ribbon is RB standard
ribbon. Material exit valve is a special manual flashboard valve
with electronic and pneumatic material exit valve. The speed of the
machine can be fixed or tuned by yourself. All the material of the
machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel or carbon steel and the
contactable part is of stainless steel and other carbon steel. This
machine posses the characteristics of good appearance,steady
runing,noise exclusive, contamination exclusice, high preciseness
of mixture, material getting in and out quickly and conveniently,

The appearance design of this machine looks like letter ‘U’ of
bucket made of SUS304 stainless steel with supporting board made of
carbon steel. The contactable part of the main axsis, the ribbon
and the two board is made of stainless steel with material
entrance, quick opening watching gate, cannular sprayer, muzzle(1
to 3 pcs), muzzle angle(90℃75℃45℃).
The electronic motor is ABB international famous motor. The speed
reducer is the national famous cycloidal pin gear or helical gear
reducer and bevel gear reducer with nitted teflon filling sealing
and RB interrupted ribbon. And the material exit is the large
special caliber globe valve no dead angle or flashboard valve.
The speed can be fixed or changed with no terminal or tuned freely.
The design of the operation platform can provide convenience for
mannual material adding. This machine posses the characteristics of
