Ⅰ. WORKING THEORY
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The using speed of the toothed high speed decentrilizer of all the impellers is the highest with the speed of 500-3000r/min being equal to the speed of the impeller sides 15-30m/s. The ratio of the impeller diameter and the kettle diameter(d/D) is 0.25-0.35. Although the viscosity and the diameter increase, the d/D will not surpass 0.5.
The adoption area of the toothed high speed decentrilizer: liquid and liquid decentrilization system such as the mixture of colophony, the solid and liquid system such as the high decentrilization of the kaoline, clay, calcium chloride and dye. The suitable scope of the viscosity is less than 50Pa.s.

WORKING THEORY
DECENTRILIZATION PROCEDURE
The familiar use of the machine is to add the infinitesimal solid particle into the liquid or the auxiliary and form into suspensing particles in the decentrilization process. The process is as below:

VORTEX EFFECT
To get the best working effect of the high speed decentrilizater, we must pay attention to the cooperation of the switch, the diameter, the speed around the decentrilization tray and the container, and the height from the decentrilization tray to the bottom of the container and the denaturalization of the materials. The relationship between the correct diameter and the location of the decentrilization tray and the container size can produce a felicitous moving status as the left picture.
AN IDEAL VORTEX STATUS
The material will accelerate forth from the edge of the decentrilization tray. When reaching the wall of the container, the material will be seperated into two parts. One part will move downwards along the bottom of the container to the center and then to reach upwards to the center of the decentrilization tray. And the other move upwards with a similar way, but it will move downwards because of the denaturalization of the material and the gravitation. The switch of the vortex is influenced largely by the rate of the liquid and the powder. If the powder is not enough, it will bring splash and air bladder because of the low material viscosity; equally, if the solid is too much, the movement of the material will be influenced by the bending index of the viscosity and then will be lancinated. The decentrilization tray cannot contact with the material when rotating. Therefore there is no ideal vortex existing.

THE DECENTRILIZED EFFECT OF THE PARTICLE IN THE DECENTRILIZING TRAY
When the decentrilizing tray make a high speed rotation in the material of high viscosity, there wil be a stress district of different height around the impeller. And the movable pressure can bring out the decentrilizing effect on the particles. Meanwhile the decentrilizing effect will appear when the larger particles crash the impeller edge and the container wall heavily.
But the major decentrilizing work arises in the decenctrilizing tray. The high speed rotation will form the cropping ladders in the decentrilizing tray and the decentrilzation happens in the ladders. The distance between the decentrilization tray and the

PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING POINTS WHEN USING THE HIGH SPEED DECENTRILIZER

TEMPERATURE

The sawtooth blade of the toothed high speed decentrilizing impeller tray rotates with high speed and make itself have a high cropping force. Seventy five percent of the energy around the blade will be transmitted to the material by the form of cropping. And the major part of the energy will be changed into the heat and make the temperature of the kettle increase. Therefore if the temperature of the dealing liquid is not allowed to increase, the jacket must be used to cool the liquid.

TIME

When using the high speed decentrilizing machine, the terminal decentrilizing cooling of the material will be reached within ten to fifteen minutes.

VORTEX EFFECT

The vortex should be ensured to happen in the whole decentrilization procedure.
