SQS Stream and Water Mixer

THE PRODUCT FEATURES OF THE SQS SERIES
The SQS series stream and water mixer is the newly developed producct of energy saving and environment protecting. It applies the
direct mixture of the stream and the water to heat the water. It has the features of low noise, no vibration, high efficiency of heat
exchange and energy saving. The machine is widely used in the system of the daily water using, producation water using, hot water
heating and the thermodynamic deoxidization. The heating machine is mainly composed of the spraying pipe, the shell, the halftone
and the gasket. When the heated water getting through the spraying pipe, the stream will be sprayed into the water through the
diagonal holes in the pipe wall from the outside of the pipe. The two will be mixed favorably and instantaneously in high speed
movement to reach the goal of the heating water.

In certain flow, the heating machine of different styles and specifications, the stream quantity needed to heat the hot water of different
temperature is calculated by the below format:
D0=D1C1(T2-T1)/io" =D1(qT2-qT1)/( io" －C2T2)
In the format, D1 means the fixed flow(t/h), and D0 means the stream quantity needed ( t/h), and T2 means the temperature after
heating(℃)and the i0 means the saturated stream quantity under pressure P0 after being entered the heating machine, and C1
means the heat ratio of the water of temperature T1, and C2 means the heat ratio of the water of temperature T2, and T1 means the
water temperature when entering the heating machine.
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT HEATING TEMPERATURE AND THE DIFFERENT STREAM CONSUMING QUANTITY IN THE
CONDITON THAT THE FIXED WATER FLOW BEING IN AND THE STREAM PRESSURE IS 0.4Mpa.
